
At LōM, each discipline is expressed through two distinct approaches in all disciplines: Strength and Length.
Strength builds power, control and endurance through continuous, progressive movement with high intensity principles. Sequences are structured to challenge the body while maintaining precision and alignment, with sustained effort carried throughout each class.
Length takes a “slower”, more considered approach, focusing on extension, alignment and sustained flow. Movements are deliberate and controlled, creating space in the body while deepening awareness and connection to each transition.
Together, they form a balanced and refined practice, developing both strength and depth through intentional movement, and reflecting a deeper understanding and love of movement.
Reformer Strength
A strength focused class built around controlled resistance and continuous movement with high intensity principles included.
Sequences are progressive and demanding, designed to build strength, stability and endurance while maintaining precision and alignment throughout. Expect sustained effort, controlled transitions and a deeply effective full body workout.
Reformer Length
A slower, more considered class focused on lengthening, alignment and controlled movement.
Using the reformer to support and challenge the body, sequences emphasise extension, mobility and flow. Movements are sustained and deliberate, creating space in the body while maintaining strength and control.

Mat Pilates Strength
A dynamic, strength based class using bodyweight resistance and continuous sequences.
Designed to build core strength, endurance and control, each sequence challenges stability and precision while maintaining a steady, uninterrupted flow. Expect a focused, full body workout grounded in control.
Mat Pilates Length
A slower paced class focused on alignment, mobility and controlled extension.Movements are deliberate and sustained, allowing for deeper connection, improved flexibility and refined control. This class supports recovery while continuing to build strength through lengthened movement.


Yoga Strength
A strength led yoga practice designed to build stability, control and endurance through structured, continuous sequences.
Postures are held and connected with intention, creating a practice that is both physically demanding and controlled, while maintaining flow and focus throughout.
Yoga Length
A slower, restorative practice focused on lengthening the body and deepening movement awareness.
Sequences are calm, sustained and considered, allowing for release, mobility and breath led movement. This class creates space in both body and mind while maintaining gentle strength and control.


Tai Chi Strength
A steady, grounding class that uses controlled Tai Chi-inspired movement to build balance, coordination, leg strength, postural awareness and calm focus. This class is slower than traditional fitness conditioning, but deeply strengthening through precision, control and sustained movement.
Tai Chi Length
A slower, flowing class focused on breath, mobility, balance and release. Tai Chi Length supports ease of movement, joint awareness, posture and calm connection, offering a restorative practice that gently strengthens while creating space in the body.
